Dinh Cau Lighthouse

The small lighthouse beside the Dinh Cậu shrine at the mouth of the Dương Đông river, marking the harbour entrance for the fishing fleet. It's part of the same short climb as the shrine — a few minutes of steps for harbour views, the boats coming and going, and a good vantage for sunset. More a landmark and viewpoint than an attraction, and free. Easiest done together with the shrine and the nearby night market on an evening in town. Time it for late afternoon, watch the fleet head out, and stay on for the market once the light's gone.
