The main day market in Dương Đông, the island's busy central town, and the everyday counterpart to the tourist night market. It's a proper working market: fish and seafood off the morning boats, fruit and vegetables, dried goods, fish sauce and household bits, packed into narrow lanes. Come early for the freshest stock and the most going on. It's chaotic, wet underfoot and short on English, but cheap and real — a good hour if you want to see how the town actually eats. Free to wander; bring small cash and watch your footing in the seafood aisles.
